The Task
The globally operating CRIF Group has introduced a new leadership model designed to serve as the foundation for a modern and future-oriented leadership culture. In Austria and Germany, the goal is now to analyze this model in depth and prepare it in a way that allows clear and comprehensible communication to both leaders and employees, ensuring its effective implementation in practice.
The Big Picture provides concrete recommendations for action based on the TRUST leadership model throughout the entire employee lifecycle, transforming leadership theory into practice.

Implementation
To successfully implement the new leadership model, a workshop was conducted with leaders from Germany and Austria to collaboratively develop the content of the “Big Picture.” Based on the workshop results and a briefing session with the creative team at Big Pictury, the Big Picture was designed. Special attention was given to aligning with the corporate design guidelines from the headquarters, which also dictated the illustration style. The illustration team at Big Pictury seamlessly adapted to these requirements.
The Big Picture will be displayed at CRIF locations in Germany and Austria and presented to all leaders and employees. Among other initiatives, it will be introduced during leadership onboarding to ensure clear and sustainable communication of the leadership model.

By using the Big Picture, CRIF received positive feedback from its leaders, particularly during the Leadership Day, where it was introduced. This response confirmed the high effectiveness of visual representation in communicating the new leadership model.

Our “Big Picture” has made the new leadership model more understandable and increased acceptance among leaders and employees, significantly facilitating the transformation process.
The introduction and implementation of a new leadership model require targeted and clear communication to ensure sustainable success. Our “Big Picture” plays a crucial role in this process and will provide significant support. During the first internal information sessions, we already noticed that the originally abstract model became much clearer and more accessible for leaders and employees through the visualization in the Big Picture. We look forward to using this valuable communication tool in all our future initiatives and measures to drive change effectively and comprehensibly.
